Born and raised in Patna, I graduated from IIT Kharagpur with an Integrated Masters degree in Mathematics and Computing. I've founded 3 companies and invested in 10 startups over an entrepreneurial career spanning 12 years. Currently figuring out my next adventure.
I'm curious about emerging technologies, art of building businesses, history, politics and the civilisation of Bharat.

CEO, FloBiz (2019 - 2025):
India's leading SME SaaS company. Flagship product myBillBook (multi-platform ERP for invoicing, inventory management, AR/AP reconciliations and regulatory compliance) is the highest rated in its category, used by millions of small & medium businesses across the country. Raised $44M in total capital from marquee investors (PeakXV, Elevation, Greenoaks, Beenext, Think Investments).
CEO, Koinex (2017 - 2019):
India's first and largest peer-to-peer, open order-book, multi-currency and fully KYC compliant digital assets exchange. Scaled to a peak daily trading volume of $265M and raised just short of $2M across two funding rounds. Contributed significantly to the Web3 Ecosystem in India in its early days, but had to shut down due to unfavourable regulatory conditions.
Founder, Zaaika (2013 - 2016):
Kharagpur's first online food delivery service, catering to the IIT Kharagpur campus population of roughly 10K. Raised a small grant from Ministry of MSME under the aegis of School of Engineering Entrepreneurship, first ever services company to do so in its history. Awarded Techno-Entrepreneurial Leadership Award in 2016 for contributions to the startup ecosystem in the university.
Angel Investor (since 2020):
Invested in 10 technology startups across India, US, UK and Middle East. A diverse portfolio across Fintech, Blockchain/ Crypto, AI, Healthcare and D2C.
